If you like lemon-lime, order a Limca instead at least once. It is the Indian cloudy lemon-lime, created in the late 1970s, and it is a noticeably different drink.

Limca is sharper, more lemon-forward and considerably fizzier than 7up or Sprite. That extra acidity is precisely why it has stayed on Indian menus for fifty years.

A sweeter clear drink gets lost against spiced food. Limca holds its shape. It is £3.99 rather than £2.49 because it is imported from India in a 300ml glass bottle.

Better still is our Fresh Lime Soda: real limes squeezed when you order, chilled soda water, and your choice of sweet, salted or both. It is far less sweet than any bottled lemon-lime.

We are at 273 High Street, Orpington, BR6 0NW, open ten to ten Monday to Friday and from nine at weekends. Everything on our menu is 100% pure vegetarian and cooked to order by our chefs from Chennai.
